Abstract: | Recently, iron oxide nanoparticles have attracted much consideration due to their unique properties, such as superparamagnetism, surface-to-volume ratio, greater surface area, and easy separation methodology. Various physical, chemical, and biological methods have been adopted to synthesize magnetic nanoparticles with suitable surface chemistry. Iron oxide (Fe2O3) Nanoparticles were synthesized from Ferric Chloride (FeCl3) and Sodium hydroxide (NaOH). In this study we synthesized with Ocimum sanctum Linn (Thulsi leaves) extract. Its properties were studied using characterization techniques like X-ray Diffraction analysis (XRD) and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). |
